Agreement to Our Legal Terms
We are Handy Creative Studio, Unipessoal, Lda ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered in Portugal, located at Rua Olavo D'Eça Leal, Nº6 7ºE, Lisbon 1600-306. Our VAT number is 516811193.
We operate the website https://www.handycreative.studio/ (the 'Site'), as well as any other products and services related to or linked with these legal terms (the 'Legal Terms') (collectively, the 'Services').

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, personally or on behalf of an entity ('you'), and Handy Creative Studio, Unipessoal, Lda, regarding your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the 'Last updated' date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. By continuing to use the Services after the revised Legal Terms are posted, you will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted the changes in any revised Legal Terms.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
1. Our Services
Handy Creative Studio, Unipessoal, Lda ("Handy Creative Studio", "we", "our", or "us") offers graphic design services through monthly subscriptions. Our services include but are not limited to logo creation, graphic design for social media, graphic design for print, and UI design.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights to works created during the provision of our services belong to Handy Creative Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the works as agreed upon in the service contract.
3. User Representations
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the materials you provide to us and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Purchases and Payments
Payments for subscriptions are processed through the Stripe platform. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Payments are automatically debited monthly.
5. Subscriptions
5.1. Orders
Orders must be placed via Asana or email. The client can contact Handy via phone (+351 918 868 036), WhatsApp (+351 918 868 036), email (letswork@handycreative.studio), or through the website (www.handycreative.studio).
5.2. Pause or Cancel Subscription
The subscription is automatically renewed monthly unless canceled by you in advance. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by sending a request to letswork@handycreative.studio. If the subscription is paused mid-month, the remaining days will be held in reserve for when the account is reactivated. To reactivate the account, notice must be sent via email with a minimum of 5 days' notice.
5.3. Excluded Works
Complex 3D and 2D animations, complex 3D modeling, product design, and extensive magazine and book layouts are not included in standard services. Clients must request a quote on the website or via email (letswork@handycreative.studio) for these types of work.
5.4. Returns
No returns are accepted due to the complexity of the work.
5.5. Payments
Subscriptions are processed through the Stripe platform and automatically debited monthly.
5.6. Customer Satisfaction
If the client is not satisfied with the work, adjustments and changes can be made until 100% satisfaction is achieved.
5.7. Meetings
Meetings must occur via Google Meet and should be scheduled with a minimum of 5 days' notice.
5.8. Taxes and Fees
We ensure the payment of all taxes in Portugal and fees for the platforms used.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating third-party intellectual property rights.
7. User-Generated Contributions
Any contributions or content generated by you during the use of our services are your responsibility. We may monitor, edit, or remove content that we deem inappropriate.
8. Contribution License
By submitting content to Handy Creative Studio, you grant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your contributions.
9. Third-Party Sites and Content
Our services may include links to third-party websites or content provided by third parties. We have no control over these websites or content and are not responsible for them.
10. Service Management
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of services.
11. Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of user personal information. By using our services, you agree to the processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Term and Termination
These Terms and Conditions remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may terminate these terms at any time by canceling your subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
13. Modifications and Interruptions
We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes through the provided contact methods. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue our services at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If we do not reach a resolution, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal.
16. Corrections
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may occur in our services, including pricing and product availability.
17. Disclaimer
Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
18. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Handy Creative Studio, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
20. User Data
By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
21. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
By using our services, you agree to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all transactions through our services shall be deemed valid electronically.

23. Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Handy Creative Studio regarding our services. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these terms shall remain in full force and effect.
